Do you guarantee placement?

No. Staffing depends on role fit, pay, location, schedule, candidate availability, employer responsiveness, compliance requirements, and market conditions.

Can you support government contracts?

The site is packaged for government and prime-contractor conversations. Verified registration, UEI, CAGE, certifications, insurance, bonding, and contract terms must be entered only after real confirmation.

Can employers request temp-to-hire?

Yes. Temp-to-hire is one of the core engagement models. Conversion rules should be defined in the client agreement.

Can candidates upload resumes?

The static package does not include secure file upload yet. Candidates can paste a resume link or the site can later connect to a secure upload backend.

Do AEs close staffing accounts?

AEs can prospect, qualify employers, collect job orders, and support account follow-up. Commission terms and lead ownership should be written clearly.

Is this ready to use tonight?

The public website is deployable. Operational readiness still depends on your legal entity, agreements, payroll/insurance setup, CRM/intake routing, and verified government-contracting details.
